SEGS run a number of Working Tests during the Summer
months for Puppies, Novice and Open standard dogs with
each one testing the level of training of the dogs.

These popular Tests are set up to replicate, in so far as is
possible, the type of situation which dog and handler may experience
on a typical shooting day, although no live game is used.

ONLY CURRENT SEGS MEMBERS CAN ENTER OUR TESTS

ENTRY FOR WORKING TESTS WILL BE VIA FTMS
NO POSTAL WILL BE ACCEPTED

LATE ENTRIES will be accepted after the draw date if the Test
is undersubscribed but please note these will only be accepted as
email entries and the entry fee will be double, ie £20 or £30

ALL PAYMENTS TO BE MADE BY ELECTRONIC TRANSFER –
no cheques or money will be accepted on the day

UNLESS SPECIFIED TESTS HAVE UNLIMITED ENTRY

although second dogs may not be allowed where
entries are of a significant number

If a competitor is running two dogs an appointed individual
must be willing to hold their additional dog – other competitors
should not be used for this purpose and it is not the responsibilty
of SEGS to provide a deputy handler

All SEGS Working Tests are run under the Kennel Club Rules and Regulations

ENTRY FEE FOR ALL WORKING TESTS @ £10
except OPEN WORKING TEST run on Field Trial Lines @ £15
